Description of Course:  This course is designed to meet the 60 hour pre-licensing curriculum requirements for a real estate salesperson as set forth by the State of Mississippi.  Topics include: listing property, property valuation/appraisal, real estate math, characteristics of real property, agency and non-agency relationships, real estate sale contracts/agreements of sale, leasing and property management, transfer of title/ownership/deeds, settlement procedures, financing, professional responsibilities and ethics, fair housing and Federal laws affecting real estate.

Description of Course:  This course is designed to meet the 30 hour post-licensing curriculum requirements for a real estate salesperson as set forth by the State of Mississippi and must be completed within twelve months after receiving a salesperson’s license.  Topics include: agency relationships, contracts, earnest money, antitrust, fair housing, ethics, property condition disclosure, pricing property, environmental issues, home inspections, leases and property management, mortgage processes.
