Description of Course: This 30 hour Broker Licensing Real Estate Course, Part 1 offers an advanced application of real estate and prepares a licensed Salesperson to take the Broker exam.  It is approved by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission, meets 30 of the 60 hours of the State of Mississippi Broker licensing requirements. Topics include: listing property, property valuation/appraisal, real estate arithmetic, characteristics of real property, agency and non-agency relationships, and real estate sale contracts/agreements of sale.

Description of Course: This 30 hour Broker Licensing Real Estate Course, Part 2 offers an advanced application of real estate and prepares a licensed Sales Person to take the Broker exam.  It is approved by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission, meets 30 of the 60 hours of the State of Mississippi Broker licensing requirements. Topics include:  leasing and property management, transfer of title/ownership/deeds, settlement procedures, financing, professional responsibilities and ethics, Fair housing, and Federal laws affecting real estate.
